Heat olive oil in a pan. Lightly sauté the diced sucuk. Add the spices and continue to cook. Add the boiled noodles to the pan. Make a space in the middle of the pan and add the butter. Beat the eggs and pour them into the center of the pan, stirring to cook. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
